Cos’è CATA? What is CATA?
CATA è un’infrastruttura di sintesi quotidiana sui mercati finanziari. Per ogni asset configurato produce un report al giorno, generato alla chiusura del mercato di riferimento dell’asset (borse asiatiche, europee, americane e mercati crypto chiudono in momenti diversi della giornata). Ogni report restituisce livelli tecnici, scenari, contesto e lettura del momentum. La sintesi si appoggia a Cortex, una memoria semantica persistente che mantiene continuità tra un report e il successivo.
CATA is a daily synthesis infrastructure for financial markets. For each configured asset it produces one report per day, generated at the close of the asset’s reference market (Asian, European, American exchanges and crypto markets close at different times of day). Each report delivers technical levels, scenarios, context and momentum reading. The synthesis relies on Cortex, a persistent semantic memory that keeps reasoning continuous between one report and the next.
Cosa NON è CATA? What CATA is NOT?
CATA non è consulenza in materia di investimenti ai sensi del TUF (D.Lgs 58/1998) e della direttiva MiFID II. Non produce raccomandazioni personalizzate sul profilo di rischio di un singolo investitore. Non è un sistema di trading automatico. Non promette rendimenti. È uno strumento analitico configurabile dal cliente, che resta unico decisore delle proprie scelte di investimento.
CATA is not investment advice under the Italian TUF (Legislative Decree 58/1998) and MiFID II directive. It does not produce personalised recommendations based on an individual investor’s risk profile. It is not an automated trading system. It does not promise returns. It is a client-configurable analytical tool, with the client remaining the sole decision-maker on investment choices.
Come funziona la pipeline che genera i report? How does the pipeline generate reports?
La pipeline costruisce una sintesi che integra contesto industriale, memoria storica strutturata, lettura del momentum e scenari probabilistici. Ogni predizione ha un orizzonte temporale dichiarato (intraday, swing, position) e viene confrontata con la chiusura effettiva del mercato al termine del periodo: il confronto alimenta la metrica di accuratezza pubblicata sulle pagine asset dopo un numero minimo di verifiche. Il dettaglio architetturale della pipeline e dei suoi moduli è coperto da proprietà intellettuale SKYNETLAB.
The pipeline builds a synthesis integrating industrial context, structured historical memory, momentum reading and probabilistic scenarios. Each prediction has a declared time horizon (intraday, swing, position) and is compared with the actual market close at the end of the period: the comparison feeds the accuracy metric published on asset pages after a minimum number of verifications. The architectural detail of the pipeline and its modules is covered by SKYNETLAB intellectual property.

Prezzi, volumi e quotazioni live provengono da provider istituzionali di market data. News e contesto industriale da fonti aggregate multi-source. La memoria storica strutturata è gestita da Cortex (brevetto UIBM n. 102026000014026 depositato il 15 maggio 2026), proprietà intellettuale SKYNETLAB. Non utilizziamo dati personali di investitori: tutto ciò che CATA legge è informazione di mercato pubblica.
Live prices, volumes and quotes come from institutional market-data providers. News and industrial context from aggregated multi-source feeds. Structured historical memory is managed by Cortex (Italian patent UIBM no. 102026000014026 filed 15 May 2026), SKYNETLAB intellectual property. We do not use investor personal data: everything CATA reads is public market information.

CATA è sviluppato da Filippo Pilotta, ricercatore indipendente e founder di SKYNETLAB, con sede a Bergamo. Il brevetto della tecnologia Cortex è depositato presso l’UIBM con il numero 102026000014026 (15 maggio 2026). SKYNETLAB è il laboratorio che sviluppa CATA, Cortex e altre infrastrutture di intelligence.
CATA is developed by Filippo Pilotta, independent researcher and founder of SKYNETLAB, based in Bergamo, Italy. The Cortex technology patent is filed with the Italian UIBM under number 102026000014026 (15 May 2026). SKYNETLAB is the lab that develops CATA, Cortex and other intelligence infrastructures.
Qual è la differenza tra Base, Pro ed Elite? What’s the difference between Base, Pro and Elite?
Base: 10 asset configurati, un report al giorno per asset alla chiusura del rispettivo mercato di riferimento, storico Cortex accessibile, supporto via email. Adatto a wealth boutique e desk di ricerca interna.
Pro: 30 asset configurabili dal cliente, API privata di consultazione, watchlist e moduli analitici parametrabili, notifiche email su soglie tecniche definite dall’utente. Adatto a hedge fund piccoli/medi e family office.
Elite: 100+ asset, configurazione del motore analitico secondo la metodologia tecnica del cliente, supporto diretto del team SKYNETLAB, onboarding strutturato. Adatto a istituzioni con metodologia di analisi proprietaria.

Cosa permette di fare l’API Standard? What does the Standard API allow?
L’API Standard espone i report di un set di asset definito in contratto, in formato JSON strutturato, accessibili via Bearer token privato. Il cliente integra i report nel proprio prodotto, dashboard interna, o flusso di lavoro. SLA di uptime e rate limit sono concordati nel contratto.
The Standard API exposes reports for a contractually-defined asset set, in structured JSON format, accessible via private Bearer token. The client integrates reports into their own product, internal dashboard, or workflow. Uptime SLA and rate limits are agreed in contract.
Cosa significa «white-label»? What does «white-label» mean?
White-label significa integrare il motore CATA all’interno del prodotto del cliente con il branding del cliente, non con il branding CATA. Broker, banche digitali, fintech e app di trading possono offrire una sezione di analisi alimentata da CATA senza che l’utente finale veda il nome CATA. Configurazione, branding e tempi di integrazione sono definiti in fase contrattuale.
White-label means embedding the CATA engine inside the client’s product with the client’s branding, not CATA’s. Brokers, digital banks, fintechs and trading apps can offer a CATA-powered analysis section without the end user seeing the CATA name. Configuration, branding and integration timelines are defined contractually.
Posso vedere lo storico dei report prima di firmare? Can I see the report history before signing?
Sì. La sezione Report è aperta come demo navigabile. Ogni asset coperto ha la propria pagina con scheda operativa, sintesi giornaliera e archivio dei report precedenti. I report sono identici per tutti i visitatori: nessuna versione personalizzata o riservata in fase pre-contrattuale.
Yes. The Reports section is open as a navigable demo. Each covered asset has its own page with operational sheet, daily synthesis and archive of previous reports. Reports are identical for all visitors: no personalised or pre-contractual reserved version.
Come si attiva un accesso Enterprise? How is an Enterprise access activated?

Il flusso tipo: (1) conversazione preliminare per capire l’uso previsto, (2) proposta tecnica + economica scritta, (3) firma contratto + DPA GDPR, (4) onboarding e attivazione watchlist. Non vendiamo a singoli trader retail.

Quanto costa davvero? What does it really cost?
I prezzi pubblici sono «su richiesta» perché la configurazione varia molto per tier (numero di asset, livello di personalizzazione tecnica, SLA, API privata, white-label). Il range tipico per Enterprise va da quattro a sei cifre annue. Una proposta scritta arriva dopo la conversazione preliminare, sulla base dell’uso effettivo.
Public prices are «on request» because configuration varies significantly by tier (asset count, technical customisation depth, SLA, private API, white-label). Typical Enterprise range goes from four to six figures per year. A written proposal arrives after the preliminary conversation, based on actual usage.
Trattamento dati e GDPR? Data handling and GDPR?
Sede e infrastruttura nell’Unione Europea (Cloudflare con routing UE). Non trattiamo dati personali di investitori finali del cliente: l’input di CATA è informazione di mercato pubblica. Per il cliente Enterprise è disponibile un Data Processing Agreement (DPA) conforme al GDPR, firmato prima dell’attivazione. Vedi anche Privacy.
Headquarters and infrastructure in the European Union (Cloudflare with EU routing). We do not process the client’s end-investor personal data: CATA input is public market information. A GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available for Enterprise clients, signed before activation. See also Privacy.
Avete uno SLA di uptime? Do you have an uptime SLA?
L’infrastruttura gira su rete Cloudflare globale (Workers Paid). Per il sito vetrina e l’API pubblica demo l’uptime è quello del provider (typically >99.9%) ma senza SLA contrattuale. Per i clienti Enterprise lo SLA è specifico, scritto in contratto, con livelli di servizio garantiti e penali in caso di mancato rispetto.
Infrastructure runs on the global Cloudflare network (Workers Paid). For the showcase site and demo public API uptime is the provider’s (typically >99.9%) but without contractual SLA. For Enterprise clients the SLA is specific, written in contract, with guaranteed service levels and penalties if not met.
